A memory that actually remembers — and reminds you before it matters.
Your life is full of things you can't afford to forget: what dose the doctor put you on and when it changed, which day the contractor said he'd be back, where the tracking number for the package went, what the mechanic quoted, when the warranty runs out, what you promised your kid. That information arrives scattered — in texts, on pill bottles, in receipts, in conversations — and human memory drops most of it within days.
Remindr is a second memory. You snap it, say it, or paste it — and a private AI brain reads it, files the facts, and gives them back the moment you ask, with the exact date and the original source. And when something needs to happen at a certain time, Remindr doesn't wait to be asked: it reminds you — in the app, by email, by text message, or with an actual phone call that speaks the reminder out loud (and leaves it on your voicemail if you miss it).
Everything you send Remindr travels encrypted (TLS), files in our cloud storage are encrypted at rest, and every account is a sealed, separate brain — no other user can ever see yours, and your content is never used to train AI models. The AI reads your memory for exactly one purpose: answering you. No human reads your data as a matter of policy, and the complete list of who touches what is published in our Privacy Policy.
The Remindr Vault goes further — it is zero-knowledge. Everything inside the Vault — notes, transcripts, facts, reminders, journal, and files uploaded in the app — is encrypted with a key derived from your PIN, and that PIN is never stored anywhere. While your Vault is locked, its contents are ciphertext to everyone — including Remindr's own servers, staff, and anyone who ever got hold of the database. We could not read it if we were ordered to. The honest flip side: if you forget your Vault PIN, its contents are gone — nobody can recover them, including us. There is no reset, no back door, no support ticket that fixes it. That is not a limitation; it is the feature. Everything outside the Vault lives on our servers, so a lost phone never means a lost memory.
We'd rather earn trust by building it into the architecture than by putting slogans on a page.
Anyone whose life produces more details than a head can hold: patients tracking medications and what their doctors said; parents juggling school schedules, sizes, and pediatrician visits; homeowners managing contractors, warranties, and service dates; small-business owners who promise things all day; caregivers keeping another person's life straight on top of their own; and anyone who's ever stood in a store trying to remember a measurement they wrote down somewhere.
Free gets you the real product: 1 GB of memory, the AI brain with a monthly allowance, and reminders in-app, by email, and up to 10 texts a month. Plus ($5.99/mo) raises the limits and adds a teammate. Premium ($25/mo) is the full experience: 1 TB, effectively unlimited AI, 1,000 texts, voice-call alerts, five workspaces including the Vault, five teammates, and the PC tool for importing your entire iPhone message history. Full details on the How to use page and in the app.
